3. Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals residing in Dubai, UAE, who are in need of home healthcare. By using our services, you represent that:

You are at least 18 years of age, or have obtained legal consent from a parent or guardian.
You are legally allowed to receive healthcare services in Dubai.

4. Patient Responsibility

Patients or their legal guardians are responsible for:

Providing accurate medical history and relevant personal information.
Following the prescribed healthcare plan and adhering to the recommendations provided by our healthcare professionals.
Notifying us of any changes in health or circumstances that may affect the provision of services.

5. Payment Terms

All fees for services are detailed in your service agreement and are due as specified.
Payments must be made promptly, either via bank transfer, credit card, or other accepted methods.
Late payments may incur additional charges or result in the suspension of services.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule appointments by providing at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Corx Home Healthcare reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services in case of unforeseen circumstances.

7. Confidentiality and Privacy
